Speech Language Pathologist 

Position Summary:

Provide efficient, quality-oriented patient care within the scope of the department's policy/procedure manual.  Performs speech screens, evaluations, assessments and patient treatments. 
Minimum Qualifications:
Masters Degree in speech language pathology and current Ohio license required. Current CPR and immunizations (MMR, DPT, Varicella, Hep B and TB screening) are required.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
-Ability to project a professional image.
-Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
-Ability to identify and implement components of the speech language pathology therapy process
-Identify learning needs and teach patients and families
-Ability to communicate and collaborate with a variety of teams and individuals
-Working knowledge and ability to apply professional standards of practice in job situations.
-Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
-Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant. 




Registered Nurse: Full Time, Part Time, PRN
Preferred candidates will have a minimum six (6) months acute care experience.   Ventilators, trachs or critical care experience preferred.  Must have current CPR.  An Ohio license is required and the ability to work all shifts.  We offer competitive salary and generous benefit package.  A passion and an interest in providing quality patient care is required. 


Nurse Assistant: Full Time, Part Time, PRN
Preferred candidates will have one year related experience including working with ventilated patients.  CPR Certified.  Must be self-motivated and organized.  Must be available to work all shifts.  We offer competitive salary and generous benefit package.  A passion and an interest in providing quality patient care is required. 



PHYSICAL THERAPIST- PRN
Position Summary:
Provide efficient, quality-oriented physical therapy patient care through an individualized program, including assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, education, and communication to maximize the patient’s progress toward achieving functional goals.

Position Qualification:
Current Ohio license from the State Board of Physical Therapy.  One year previous acute care hospital physical therapy experience preferred.  Current CPR, and immunizations (MMR, DPT, Varicella, Hep B and TB screening) are required.
